Connecting to Tasks
This feature is the essence of Makkuro and sits between its two main parts: the Help Center and the Issue tracking. It allows you to connect a conversation to a task, which will be created in the issue tracking system. This way, you can keep track of the conversation and the task in one place without having to:
- Switch between the two systems.
- Pay for two systems and manage seats and access.
- Potentially integrate between these two systems.
You can connect conversations to tasks from the sidebar of each conversation by clicking on each of the two buttons:
- "Create a new Task", which will create a new task and automatically connect it to the conversation.
- "Manage Connected Tasks", which will bring up a modal that will allow you to manage the connected conversations.
Being able to keep track of how much a user's request is close to being fullfilled, right from the source, is a powerful feature but you also get to utilize an equally powerful functionality: the ability to order by conversations in the issue tracking system. Go to the next step to see more.
