Makkuro Docs
Makkuro is a user-focused, product management platform that helps software teams gather feedback and immediately act on it. This description seems vague but that's only because it's a new breed of tools that doesn't conform into an existing category.
It consists of three, for now, components:
- The Messenger Component, which is a React component that you install in your app or website in just 2'.
- The Help Desk, which is where your team or support folks will talk with your users.
- The Product Management Platform, which is a full-fledged, multi-team, modern issue tracking software.
Why thix mix?
A messenger (or any similar feedback gathering tool) and an issue tracking software are two of the tools that a successful software team uses the most, but they are always separated by walls of separate UX, costly seats and finicky integrations.
Makkuro's existence is an experiment of fusing these two tools together in order to help fast moving, user-focused teams build the best products they can.
In Beta
Makkuro is currently in Beta, so expect things to change.
